Delivery times

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, chosen shipping method, and product availability. Below are the estimated delivery times for your order:

Germany, mainland France:

  • Order deadline: All orders received Monday to Friday before 6:00 PM (UTC+01:00) will be processed on the same day.

  • Processing time: 1 to 2 working days (Monday to Friday) for order preparation and shipping.

  • Delivery time: 2 to 5 working days (Monday to Friday) after dispatch for delivery to the specified address.

  • Estimated total duration: 3 to 7 working days after order confirmation.

International:

  • Other European countries: 5 to 10 working days

The stated times apply to working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Should a product be temporarily unavailable, we will inform you immediately by email and suggest an alternative.

We work with reliable transport service providers such as Colissimo, UPS and Chronopost to ensure fast and safe delivery.
