1. Free returns within 30 days
At GUI SPORTS CUBE, we go beyond legal requirements and offer you up to 30 days to return your products free of charge.
Conditions for returns within 30 days:
The products must be new, unused, and complete.
Opened but unused items can be returned as long as they are in their original condition with all accessories.
Return shipping costs are fully covered by GUI SPORTS CUBE , thanks to a prepaid return label.
Only returns that meet the conditions will be accepted.
Any return that is incomplete, used, or damaged will be rejected and returned to the customer.
2. Return process
Returning a product to GUI SPORTS CUBE is quick and easy. Please follow these steps:
1. Contact our customer service.
Send an email to support@guisportscube.com with:
Your order number
The reason for the return
Photos of the product, if necessary (e.g., defective, non-compliant)
Our team will support you with the process.
2. Prepare your package
Carefully repack the product in its original packaging.
Include all accessories, manuals, and other components.
3. Use our prepaid return label
A free return label is included in your package.
If you have lost it, please contact our customer service to receive a new one.
4. Send your package

3. Refund
Refund terms and conditions:
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 working days.
The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase.
If payment was made by bank transfer, we will request your bank details in order to process the refund.
Bank terms:
Depending on the bank, the refund may appear in your account within 3 to 10 working days after processing.
4. Exchange
We only accept exchanges for defective or damaged products.
Procedure in case of a defective or incorrect product:
Please contact us immediately at support@guisportscube.com .
Send photos of the product and packaging so we can assess the situation.
We will either arrange a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.
If you wish to exchange the item for another reason:
Return it and place a new order.
5. Non-refundable products
Some products cannot be returned – except in the case of a defect:
Opened and used products for hygiene and safety reasons
Personalized or custom-made products
