Transaction security:

If you prefer not to use a credit card, you can choose a bank transfer. This payment method offers increased security and full control over your transaction.

Orders paid by bank transfer are processed after payment is received. Depending on your bank, this can take 1 to 3 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email after the transfer has been confirmed.

Important:

All prices listed on www.guisportscube.com are in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (gross prices).
The applicable VAT is included in the price.

If you are a company within the European Union with a valid VAT identification number, you may be exempt from VAT according to applicable regulations.

For orders outside the EU, the customer is responsible for all applicable taxes and customs duties.

In the event of a return of a refundable item, the refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the order.

Refunds are usually processed within 7 working days after receipt and inspection of the returned item.

Depending on your bank, it may take up to 10 working days for the amount to be visible in your account.

Additional fees may apply to international payments, depending on the bank.
