1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") govern all relationships between GUI SPORTS CUBE , operator of the website www.guisportscube.com , and any natural or legal person who makes a purchase in our online shop (hereinafter referred to as "the Customer").
By placing an order with GUI SPORTS CUBE , the customer confirms that he has read and unconditionally accepted the terms and conditions.

GUI SPORTS CUBE offers a wide range of products and solutions, including:
electric scooters, electric bicycles, electric scooters, electric bikes, electric cargo bikes, electric tricycles, 45 km/h electric bikes, reinforced XXL frame electric bikes, foldable electric scooters, semi-rigid e-MTBs, men's electric bikes, children's electric bikes, lightweight electric mountain bikes, longtail electric bikes, seated electric scooters, special small electric bikes, city electric bikes, full suspension e-MTBs, full MTBs, and accessories.
Each product or service is precisely described. If a product is unavailable after ordering, the customer will be informed within 48 hours and can choose from the following options:
Full refund (processed within 7 business days), or
An equivalent product/service, subject to availability.
4. Prices and Payment
4.1 Prices
All prices listed on www.guisportscube.com are in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (gross prices).
The applicable VAT is included in the price.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods
We accept payments via:
Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
Bank transfer
All payments are protected by security protocols in accordance with applicable standards.
Installment payments are not offered.
5. Order and Confirmation
Each order is only considered confirmed after payment confirmation.
The customer will receive a confirmation email with an overview of their order.
GUI SPORTS CUBE reserves the right to cancel an order in case of suspected fraud or previous disputes with the customer.
6th delivery
6.1 Delivery Areas
We deliver to Germany, mainland France, and certain countries within the European Union. Further information can be found in our delivery policy .
Delivery is free for all items.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country.
6.3 Delivery times
Germany and France (mainland): 3 to 7 working days.
Other EU countries: Deadlines apply as stated on the "Delivery Policy" page at www.guisportscube.com .
6.4 Shipment Tracking
After shipment, the customer receives a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Shipment tracking is also available in the "Order Tracking" section at www.guisportscube.com .
6.5 Missed or Delayed Delivery
If you are not home, a notification will be left so that the package can be collected from a collection point or post office.
If the package is not collected within the specified time, it will be returned to our warehouse and can be reshipped at the customer's expense.

7. Right of return
7.1 Extended Return Policy (30 days free)
GUI SPORTS CUBE offers a free return policy within 30 days, which includes the statutory right of withdrawal.
Return policy:
The product must be returned unused, in perfect condition and in its original packaging with all accessories.
A prepaid return label is included with every package.
7.2 Refund
Once the return has been received and inspected, a full refund will be issued within 7 working days via the same payment method used for the purchase.
8. Warranty and Liability
All our products and services are subject to:
the statutory guarantee of conformity (2 years),
the guarantee against hidden defects.
Excluded from the warranty: certain items (e.g., consumables, spare parts). Details can be found in the respective product description at www.guisportscube.com .
In the event of a defective product, the customer must contact us within 30 days of receipt at support@guisportscube.com .

These Terms and Conditions are governed by German law.
In the event of disputes, we prefer to reach an amicable settlement through our customer service.
If no agreement can be reached, the customer may contact a consumer arbitration board before initiating legal proceedings.
